Commercial Lighting for Offices, Hotels, Boutique B&Bs and Hospitality
Where to start? We suggest with first choosing the best category that suits your needs and then working from there. If you get stuck or need assistance as to what might be right for your installation call us or request design and style advice via our customer service pages.
These categories offer lighting which is suitable for most areas but your needs maybe more specific, some design help is available at the bottom of this page. We also offer project prices for large quantities and are may even be able to offer bespoke products for your design, call us or send an email with your requirements.

In the hospitality industry voltage can be a stumbling block for specifiers trying to source FF&E light fixtures. Thankfully we are able to make life a little easier by offering a range of product that will operate on electrical systems from 110v to 250v AC. This will make it possible for a hotel in a county with 110v supply to utilise the same fixtures as those hotels with a 240v supply.
In addition to providing products to suit 110v many products have, or are going through ETL approval. So right now we have a range of nearly 300 SKUs which have this mark of North American safety standards compliance.
If you have questions regarding the suitability of any of our light fixtures please get in touch.
Colour Rendering Index (CRI)
Lighting – perception of colour, hues, and brightness.
We have all been in a commercial environment where the lighting is not quite right. The space seems oddly flat, produce looks a little drab and figuring out the colour of garments is a challenge. This often occurs when the installation uses lighting that is efficient and has a long life but does not provide the high quality, wide spectrum light required for our eyes to detect the visible light and pass this information to the brain.
When lighting a commercial space consideration should be given to the efficiency of the lighting scheme and the use of long life and energy efficient light fixtures. However this must be balanced with the need for high colour rendering i.e. lighting that gives an accurate representation of an items true colour.
Artificial Lighting with a CRI of 90 or higher will compare favourably to a broad spectrum light source. Many LED light sources only achieve CRI 80 or less. Increasingly we are adding LED products with CRI of 90 or even 93.

Display lighting for fashion and retail
Brighten your customers’ experience and make the most of your merchandise with our versatile retail lighting solutions. In our retail lighting section you will find products to make the most of all store architecture from the merchandise on display to the cashier’s desk. Remember changing room spaces, getting the light wrong in those areas will create a bad experience for customers - the colour temperature will affect the look of items and a customer will walk out not convinced unless they can see the item properly under a good day-light lamp.
Lighting for offices and workspaces
Start your office design with the primary function of the lighting to enable tasks to be carried out with speed and efficiency, but do not limit your design to this simple goal. Consider lighting in theatrical terms to light the background, foreground and the staring role but be sure to use high quality fixtures to ensure years of use in spaces with extended operating hours.
