I have an email from the courier saying "Out For Delivery" I've been here all day. What does this mean?This can cause some confusion. The email means your consignment has been loaded onto the couriers van and is OUT of the depot FOR DELIVERY. You should receive your order later today.
I require my goods by a certain day. Can I be sure that an order will be delivered when needed?You can tell us the date by which you need your goods in the comment box when you place your order. Give a specific date rather than "ASAP" – we will contact you if we cannot achieve the date required. Alternately call us to establish the precise availability.

Do you sell to homeowners and the trade?Yes we sell to end users and trade alike.
Do prices include VAT?Our prices are shown including and excluding VAT. Orders for the Channel island have the VAT removed when they go through to the checkout page.
I need some lighting advice Can you help?We can provide technical help to light your space as well as providing assistance with each product listed on the website via the Q&A tab on the product listing.
I'm looking for a discount. Are you flexible on price?We are always open to negotiation on high value ticket items and quantities. Use the project price request button on the product listing or call us to discuss your needs.
Can I open an account? We deal with many members of the trade and wholesalers and 30 day credit accounts are available (on application and subject to trading history) Contact us for details.
Can I save my basket for another time?Yes if you need to stop shopping and save your basket for another time you can save the contents on the basket page. No log-in is required.

I have returned my item. When will I get a refund?
Your refund will normally be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned items but it may take slightly longer to appear on your bank statement. We suggest allowing ten days for the money to appear on your account.
I don’t like what I purchased; it’s the wrong finish/size. What should I do?

Can you deliver to an address other than the cardholders and do I need to sign for the delivery?
A signature is required upon delivery however the courier will attempt delivery to neighbouring properties. If you are happy for your goods to be left in the a shed, garage or somewhere else suitable please make a note in the comments box when placing your order.
How will I know that my order has been received?
As soon as you place your order an automatic email response will be generated and sent to the email address you provided (please ensure you enter the correct email address and check your junk folder if it has not been received). This will confirm your web order has been received and confirm your order number. Please keep this email in a safe place for future reference.
When will Lighting Styles debit my credit card?
Payment will be taken from your credit card on the day your order is processed unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed.
