Processing and Dispatch
Our online payment platform accepts the following debit cards for payment:
Maestro (including Switch)
Mastercard & Debit Mastercard
Visa & Visa Debit (including Visa Delta)
International customers may be asked to pay for goods via electronic banking systems including BACS, Swift or PayPal.
Cash will only be accepted for goods purchased in the showroom.
If you wish to place an order with Lighting Styles payment will be required at that time. You will be directed through to SagePay our secure online payment platform and the money will be debited from your account. When ordering you will the option of choosing PayPal.
You can call the sales team on 01780 767617 if you wish to discuss payment, i.e. if you wish to place an order for several items some of which are out of stock so that you can pay for those in stock and the balance on final delivery.
Tracking a delivery
When your goods are collected by the courier and arrive at their distribution hub an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address (which you provided when ordering your goods) providing a tracking number. This tracking number may be used on the carrier’s website. The information provided is limited but is useful.
Please note: the status “OUT FOR DELIVERY” means your consignment is with the courier who is out (as in out of the depot and on their courier rounds) DELIVERING packages and should be with you later that day. It does not mean that you were out when the courier called to deliver.
No tracking service is offered by Lighting Styles for items sent via Royal mail.
Collection of goods
Collection can be made via our office or warehouse at Units 9 and 11 Glen Industrial Estate, Essendine Stamford PE9 4LE. Contact our sales team to make suitable arrangements on 01780 767617.
If you order online and wish to collect from us please make a note of this requirement in the comments box on the checkout page. Any charge applied by the website for delivery will be removed form your invoice total and confirmed via email.
Most items are dispatched with our couriers unless otherwise advised and a signature will be required upon delivery. The courier will always attempt delivery and will try an adjoining property or another nearby house/office. If you do not want the courier to contact your neighbours please ensure you express this wish in the comments box when placing your order.
You may express a wish for the courier to leave your goods in a location without a signature, please note this will be at your own risk.
Royal Mail is used for some items and some locations. If you have a preference on which service we use please make a note of this when placing your order.
