Ten Waterproof Colour Controllable LED Lights with Remote
Stainless Steel - Perfect for Plinths, Bathrooms or Outside Decking
Product Ref: 5129
From £169.50 inc VATThis LED lighting solution provides a synchronised colour output. All heads work and change colour at the same time, there is no delay and they do not go out of synch. The image just shows some of the colour that can be achieved. Available in two sizes choose 25mm and 45mm. Each kit contains 10 LED heads which have an extremely low profile design making them discreet and suitable for indoor or outdoor use so ideal for kitchen plinths, bathrooms, exterior decking or anywhere across the home and garden where you want to add mood lighting.
With flexibility in mind, the 12 volt power supply is in-line meaning that the 3 pin plug can be removed enabling the kit to be wired into a fused spur. The power supply has two LED indicator lights: one shows mains power is connected and the second shows when a signal has been received from the handheld remote control.
The hand-held remote control operates on radio frequency (RF) so does not require a line of sight to operate the lights. The controller switches the lights on, allows you to select a variety of colour options; either fixed or on a cycle of colours, and offers the ability to adjust the intensity. the system has a memory - switch the lights of in any mode or colour and that will be continued when you switch the lights back on.
Colour modes:
This is a colour changing product - there are seven individual colours: yellow, white, red, green, blue, purple and light blue and two variable modes; rapid switching and colour phase giving a slower colour shift between colours.
Notes:
This system is not suitable for use with a dimmer switch but can be dimmed using the remote. Kits are independent; if you buy two or more they will not operate in synchronicity.
Small 0.75w. 25mm diameter lights = 20mm cutter hole
Large 1.5w. 45mm diameter lights = 32mm cutter hole
The light heads must be linked together with the leads supplied to operate. The maximum suggested spacing is 1.3 metres.
Can be fitted and wired during the decking build stage without the heads. The mains plug must be situated inside. If this is not possible you can remove the plug and wire into a IP67 external terminal block.
Supplied with a 5 year warranty.

Can we dim using remote control? How far apart can they be spaced. |
Thanks for the reply to my previous question and the phone call was a massive help. I've purchased these but I do have 1 question. Can this be paired up with a touchscreen operating switch which has all the colours on it and can press the colour to set the room to that colour? Just think it would be a fantastic touch as my lights are for a bathroom so a remote is not ideal although I'm struggling to find a waterproof switch. Many thanks |
What's the longest length I can have 1 of these away from the rest? I want them for my bathroom wire to existing light which I will get rid of. 9 will be in the ceiling but I want 1 in a shelf im building into the wall of the shower. |
Can I buy an additional set and get the electrician to join them in the junction nobs so that they all work together i.e 20 lights on and working together off one power supply? |
Can these be installed in gravel/ornamental stones? It'll be sand then gravel/ornamental stones used for drainage. They won't be constantly submerged in water but they will sit in a drainage area. |
Are these ok to install horizontally in decking / walked over. Other icon lights say only vertical installation but these don’t seem to have that limitation? |
Can you please advise what shade of white on the k scale these are when in white please? I can’t seem to find this written on your specifications. |
I’m interested in buying this set, but I have 2 questions.... Q1, can I just link 6 direct onto switched fused spur. Q2, if the fuse spur is switched off what colour do lights go when in default setting after spur is switched back on, is it 1 fixed colour or multiple colour... thanks |
How long is the cable that’s included? |
Is it possible to have use the kit with either 4 or 5 lights rather than all 10 or is 10 or none at all? |
is it possible to use a different remote to control the lights? |
what is the depth of these lights under the floor |
Are these lights suitable for a bathroom floor and what are the dimensions? |
I would like to put these lights in a walk in shower around the base of the walls, approx 10mm up from floor. Are these lights suitable. |
Can the cables between the lights be lengthened |
I am very interested in these lights but I have 2 questions.
1. Are they suitable for zone 1? My new bath will be installed under a sloped ceiling and I wanted to put these shining down onto the bath. The height of the lights will be about 1.5m hence zone 1. I think IP44 meets zone 1.
2. Is it ok to leave the power supply continuously powered and switch the lights on and off with the remote control? |
Can these be fitted externally to down light by fixing into the soffit board of the roof?
Do you have any photo````s of the lights working or can you give the approximate area that the LED would wash?
Can you by replacement LEDs? |
I am wanting to use these in my bathroom ceiling and powering them from a switch. is it possible to buy 20 lights and have them all wired up together. |
I`m thinking of fitting these lights onto my bath panel, would the remote work if the power unit was behind the panel? |
Please can you tell me if these lights will display normal white light as well as the advertised colours. Would this be the default setting from turning on at the light switch?
|
Do these bulbs have to be switched on with the remote or will switching on the power supply immediately switch the bulbs on at the last setting? |
Can these be used in zone two of a bathroom? |
Do you sell the power supply and remote separately?
I require two kits each with 5 lights. I was thinking buying one full kit and power and remote and splitting the lights |
What power (ie how many leds) is each unit - how does it compare with the medium 10 unit white or blue kit? |
What is the length of each linking light head cable? |
Can these colour changing LED lights not be available with IP67 protection instead of IP44 ?
Other options you supply like ````Ten Square LED Light Kit```` offer this higher water protection.
I require colour changing LED lights but they are to be mounted near an overhead shower unit.
Thanks in advance for your assistance. |
