The housing is hard anodised aluminum, with an aluminium heatsink and four 1 watt LED chips giving 280 lumens of crisp white light (3500°k).

The built-in LED has an average lamp life of 30,000 hours.

Cut out 100mm and suggested void depth 100mm. Top cap feature loop-in-loop-out wiring capability.

Could you tell me if this fitting is suitable for installation in a wooden material? Also, can you tell me if it is fire-rated and if so to what duration?
This product is F rated (suitable for installation into normally flammable materials). It is not however fire rated.

I want to install these, but want them linked to a PIR so when I drive out the driveway the lights come on.
These can be wired to any of our external PIR so when you drive out the lights would come on.

The overall width is 125mm.

What spacing would you recommend for these as soffit lighting in a downstairs extension to a patio area?
This is based on personal preference, but we would say no more than 1 metre part.

Does these soffit LED give off a cool white light?
Yes, the colour temperature is 3500k.
