Are the lamps replaceable in the housing and if so what lamps would you recommend? thank you
The fittings contain long life led fittings which are not replaceable, on average they should provide 50,000 hours of use.

Are those suitable to be installed outside - soffits lights?
Yes, these are suitable for outdoor use in soffits.

Please can you let me know how deep the ceiling gap needs to be for these downlights?
The minimum void depth is 71mm.

Can this be used in conjunction with a motion sensor?
Yes, a PIR sensor can be wired up to this fitting.

Do these have to have a dimmer switch or will they work on a standard switch?
Yes, These can be wired to a standard switch if you wish to just turn them on or off.
