Would the Mains Low Glare White Downllight for GU10, ( adjustable) be suitable for a bathroom?
Yes this can be used in Ararat outside of zone 2 i.e. not over a shower or a bath (if the ceiling is low).

Hi what would be the recommended spacing between these to give adjucate lighting?
We’re not quite sure what you are asking. If you’re looking for a suitable spacing to provide good uniformity, than spacing at 1.0-1.2 metres centres works well (assuming a 2.4 metre high ceiling). Are the Mains Low Glare White Finish Downlight fire rated or will they require fire hoods?
These are not fire rated as standard, To make them fire rated you would need fire hoods.

I want to install these into a vaulted ceiling. Are they adjustable in all directions or only tilt in one direction?
The adjustable option rotates 360º and offer a tilt of 40º.
