No need to take the entire light apart just to make a tiny adjustment!

The fitting is IP65 rated, giving it protection from rain and projected water.

Could this light provide projection to 2-story building of apprx. 10m height? Also is the bulb replaceable?
We are able to provide this light in three sizes with a light output that increases with size. This is the smallest size with a six watt LED array. It will illuminate a two-storey facade well when used in an area without high ambient light from streetlights and surrounding buildings. The larger version will have more impact in well lit areas (see below). The LED is a fixed unit with an expected life of 20,000 hours at which time the chip will still give 50% of the initial light output.

Can I just check that these come with a driver?
These fittings do not require a driver and can be wired straight-to-mains.

Are these pre wired with flex? If so how long is the flex? Can I wire a longer flex and still maintain IP rating?
It comes with 500mm of wire. You could wire this into an IP-rated junction box to extend it. An electrician might be able to advise further.

Is this light dimmable ?
The LEDs inside this are non dimmable.

Do these require an oversize hole, or will they fit an exact 100mm one?
They require a 102mm diameter hole/cutout.

Can the bulb be changed or is it inbuilt? What warranty does it come with?
The long life LED is built in, this comes with a 3 year warranty.
