CCT by use of the remote you are able to select the colour temperature of the white mode, from soft warm white (2700k) all the way to Daylight white (6500k)
The lamp has a life span of approximately 50,000 hours.
Although this fitting requires a remote control for use, if it is fitted as part of your mains wall light switched circuit it will resume from its last known state when switched on.
The receiver is built into the lamp, Unlike older IR RGB lamps where you would need to hold the remote close to the lamp. This Elite lamp uses RF (radio frequency) with a multi-directional remote, this means the remote would change the colours easily anywhere in the room. We've tested this, we managed to keep changing the colours in a different room.
Each lamp can be paired to one of eight lighting channels. This allows individually switched scenes within a room can be controlled by one remote.
The kit consists of a colour change lamp, Downlight with a GU10 lamp holder. You are only going to need one remote control so just order one kit complete with remote as below, and then as many additional kits as you require without the remote.

Do the downlights require a transformer or are they wired at mains voltage as this is built in? |
What are the lamp wattage? |
You have recommended a void depth of 10cm but i have a low ceiling. what is the minimum safe void depth please? it will not be in contact with insulation. can i limit the void depth to 40mm if the height of this unit is 36mm? thanks |
Does there need to be an on/off light switch on the mains supply to these lights or can they be permanently supplied and controlled off the remote. |
