A pack of 2 ceiling rods for use with our low voltage tension wire lighting systems. This product is used to suspend the wire system 160mm from the ceiling and is required to successfully install ceiling to ceiling systems.

The wire under tension passes through an insulated hole at the end.

Available in white, black and chrome to match your system.

Can also be used to change direction of the track.

What is the hole diameter, thru which the cable is supposed to pass? I have a cable with approx 5.5mm, will that work?
Our 4mm and 6mm cable fit, so 5.5mm will be fine.

I am looking at buying 2 sets of these but need to shorten the stem so that the unit is 100mm overall height. Is the mounting boss detatchable so that I could shorten the stem on a lathe please.
These are solid parts and can not be shortened.
