When the light is off, what colour are the tubes? From the pictures, it looks as though the tubes are coloured, and the light inside is possibly white - meaning, when off, the tube will be coloured.
Correct, the tube is in effect a filter for the white light inside.

What is the Lumens of this product?
The LED strip inside gives 1260 lumens. How much gets through the coloured tube depends on the colour of the tube.

I previously asked if you could link multiple together and hang from the ceiling at different lights and you said you could. could you recommend any brackets/wires that would hang them horizontally from the ceiling?
Each tube comes with fishing wire that you could hook around a hook on a ceiling.

Yes, These could be hung from different lengths from the ceiling. If you remove the 3 pin plug and wire them all into the same circuit they would then be controlled by one switch.

Can the plug be removed and the light be wired into a lighting circuit or is there a transformer on each plug?
The plug can be removed if desired - the lamps are mains voltage.

How long is the cable for the socket?
The lead (or flex) is 3 metres long.

I know you've got the lumens rating on the description but would you describe the light these tubes emit as a soft/warm light, or a harsh light?
The produce a softer light opposed to a harsh light.

Can the fluorescent lamp bulb be replaced?
The long lamp life bulb can not be replaced.

Can the tubes be hung from a high ceiling?
Yes they can be hung from a ceiling, they each come with a hanging hook attached.
