These revolutionary intumescent fire hoods are made from a fully breathable material with a patented `instant release` envelope and adjustable self-supporting fixing method.

This construction allows heat from the lamp to be effectively dissipated, preventing the terminal block and downlight from overheating yet effectively sealing the hole in the event of a fire.

Being flexible and light, the unit can be installed from below or above the ceiling with the self-supporting fixing method or screws if desired.
