These rise and fall pendants follow a French style and are great for kitchen islands, breakfast bars or over a dining table.

Offered here in a matt white paint finish (RAL 9003) and four plated and linished metal finishes.

A cloth-covered electrical cord runs through two pulleys, on one hangs a heavy counterweight. The shade stays where you put it; when you lift the light up the counterweight drops and vice-versa.

Out of the box, the cord is quite long, long enough to give a 2.5-metre drop. If your ceiling is like many and a lot lower you can reduce the overall length of the cord at the point it goes into the ceiling rose to make it suitable for ceilings as low as 235cm.

Designed for E27 base mains lamps up to 60 watts. We encourage the use of energy saving LED lamps.

Hello does this light come with ceiling fixings? If yes please provide details.
This fitting comes supplied with fixing plugs and 2 screws.

Please could you tell me the diameter of the ceiling cup size (the attaches the lamp to the ceiling)?
The Diameter of the cup is 98mm.

My ceiling is 2150mm will this be too long to hang over my dining table?
The minimum drop is 1120mm without modification. Any further shortening of the flex may be able to be done but will void the warranty. Consult an electrician if you are unsure.

What colour is the cable on the cream light fitting?
The flex on the cream variant is light brown.

Can LED's be used with this lamp ? I ask because they are not on the list of bulbs you have in your list.
This fixture can be used with any mains E27 lamp including LEDs. We have added a few to those listed.

Please can you explain the minimum height of the rise and fall lamps... the one I like height is over a metre.
As standard and without alteration the maximum drop is 2500mm and the minimum drop is 1120mm, however you could shorten the flex to change the drop.

Can this light take led bulbs?
Yes this fitting requires a lamp with an E27 base, and so any LED with a E27 base will work.
