Are these on an individual cable ( at leat 2m or so)that can be pulled through the ceiling and then connected to the driver in the loft?

Are these lights okay to use in a bathroom?
Yes. They are IP44 rated which gives protection against splashes of water - allowing you to use them in bathroom zones 2 and 3.

Would these be suitable to be installed in a step that our freestanding bath sits on? Are they low glare?
These are ok to be installed into a step. They are low level lighting, so they are low glare.

Can I run these on a PIR sensor so they come on when motion detected?
There is no reason why these can not be wired to a motion sensor and come on when motion is detected.
