The fitting is designed to be installed into a recess in your wall giving a smooth, flush finish. You will require a void of at least 48mm behind the fixture. This product is best suited to plasterboard walls. As well as being ideal for bathrooms this guide light is perfect for adding additional illumination in hallways, near stairs or anywhere else in a modern home.

IP65 rated providing protection from low-pressure water jets from any direction.

This fixture requires a 350ma low voltage power supply/LED driver (not included).

How long will the LED lamp last and can you change the lamp?
The LED cannot be changed, however, LED's have a typical lamp life of 50,000 hours.

Does this light fitting have a sensor?
No, but you can wire one up remotely if you desired.

1. Does each light require an individual driver? 2. The image appears to show an open-fronted unit. Does it have glass/perspex?
1. Each unit is 1 watt, so as long as you have a driver that can accommodate for that, it will work fine. (9-watt driver can power 9 of these lights, for example) 2. There is no glass on the front.

hi do these lights come with a back box that gets plastered in then install lights when plastered

I noticed that there is a box for the brickwork fitting. Does this box contain the LED driver also or is it too small.
Yes, the LED driver can be placed into this box to help with any space issues.

Hi- can these lights be used with a motion sensor e.g. to provide muted lighting in the bathroom at night? Thanks
Product Ref: 1495. This is a Recessed discreet occupancy detector. You can wire them up to this and the lights will come on when it detects movement. There is no minimum load for this sensor, so these low wattage LED lights will work perfectly.

What is the recommended height to fit this light
It is really your own preference, but we would recommend 20-30cm above the floor level.
