At Lighting Styles we understand that tension wire systems can be a daunting concept and we are always looking for ways to make things easier for our customers which is why we were incredibly pleased when we came across this product.

This is a package that includes all the necessary components to install a tension wire system up to 5 metres in length and comes complete with 5 x 3.8 watt LED fixtures providing 350 lumen output each with a colour temperature of 3000 kelvin (warm white). Each fitting measures 150mm high x 110mm in depth.

Comes supplied with a white circular 20va driver. The distance between the wires is 110mm.

If you want to install tension wire in your home or retail space but have previously been put off by the potential complexity then this is the product for you. Please see the specification tab for a diagram and instructions if needed.

Please note: This product is suitable for wall-to-wall installation only. On longer runs, the weight of the fixtures can cause the wires to sag and you may wish to use a pair of ceiling rods to give support midway. If used the suggested height of the installation is 160mm from the ceiling.

This kit comes with a 5 year warranty.

I see that the bulbs are not replaceable but can’t see replacement chrome balls on your site. Do you sell them and how much are they per unit please?
I'm afraid we don't sell these individually at present, they are also a discontinued product of which we have one left in stock.

Can you add more lights to this if so what is the maximum
The maximum number of spots you can have in this system is the 5 that are supplied in the kit.

Can I ask how you replace LED bulb when they go? What would I need to buy as replacements? Thanks
The LED's are non-replaceable. A replacement fitting can be placed onto the tension wire, however.

Is only one end connected to power?
Yes. One feed-in powers the whole wire.

Would these lights be suitable to go outside?
These are not suitable for outdoor use.

what is the minimum mounting height for the tension wire?
This system is wall to wall. There is no real minimum height.

Is this LED tension wire system dimmable?
