Wireless RF Dimming Equipment for Single-Colour LED Tape and 12v & 24v Lights

Design and Control
The CY20030 belongs to a range of compact RF LED control systems designed for dependable secondary-side dimming. This single-channel version provides smooth brightness adjustment for 12v or 24v DC constant voltage LED products, including LED tape and low-voltage luminaires.

The system consists of a receiver and a wireless remote control. The receiver is installed between the LED driver and the LED product. As the remote uses radio frequency (RF) transmission, operation does not require line-of-sight, allowing the receiver to be concealed behind panels, within cupboards, or above ceilings.

Compatibility and Memory
All RF dimmer systems in this range remember their last setting. When lights are switched off, either using the remote control or a wall switch, they return to the same brightness level when turned back on. The receivers can be added to most existing LED installations without rewiring. Simply break into the low-voltage circuit between the driver and the LEDs, connect the receiver, and pair it with the remote. This makes it suitable for use in homes, bathrooms, kitchens, caravans, or motorhomes where adjustable lighting control is required.

Operation
Control is through a touch-sensitive circular dial, enabling smooth dimming adjustment with a simple fingertip motion. Two preset buttons allow preferred light levels to be stored and recalled quickly. To save a setting, adjust the brightness to the desired level and hold either button for two seconds. The additional 30-second delay-off function turns the lights off automatically after thirty seconds, a useful feature when leaving a room or building.

Performance
Each output channel is rated at 3 A. On 12v systems this provides a maximum load of 36 W, and on 24v systems up to 72 W. The CY20030 offers a compact and practical solution for dimming constant-voltage, single-colour LED lighting where straightforward, wireless control is required.

Note: This product should only be installed on standard LED drivers; dimmable drivers are not compatible.
