Matt White Metal Scandinavian Pendant

What is the shortest drop that can be achieved? I'd like this as a pendant over a dining table but the ceiling height is only 2.1 m.
The shade of the pendant measures 170mm in depth and the flex is 2 metres. You could shorten the cable but I would imagine the very shortest it could go (without it looking odd) would be around 500mm.

Is this only available in white?
This fitting is only available in a white finish.

I take it the rose provided does not screw onto a conventional light fitting? So I presume this is why you need a hook but will the hook fit inside the new rose as it would surely look odd outside the rose?
The hook is for additional support. This is hidden in the ceiling rose.

I know you have mentioned that this can be fitted to a track system but can you confirm if this can fitted to a single circuit mains track.
Pendant adapter for single circuit track would be the best way, Remove the ceiling rose, and feed the flex into the adapter.

What do you mean it needs a ceiling hook below push up ceiling cup, do you mean a hook into the ceiling next to the ceiling rose?
Yes, it requires a hook into the ceiling, this usually attaches to a hook or chain from a ceiling joist. We can provide a ceiling hook if required, just mention it in the comment box when completing your order.

Could this be adapted to fit on a mains voltage track system?

Can the suspension be extended longer than 1500mm?
The supplier of this fitting has said that its standard 1500mm and can not be extended.

Can this lamp be dimmed using a lutron dimmer ?
This fitting uses a mains voltage capsule lamp and will dim on most systems including Lutron.
