Mains Recessed Decorative Glass Downlight IP65

On the data sheet for this light is states it is not suitable for mounting on flamable materials,is a 12mm skimmed plasterboard ceiling classed as flammable ?
The data sheet is old and would have based on using a mains tungsten filament lamp; where the lamp would generate too much heat to make it safe for installation into a flammable material i.e. wood panelling or, heaven forbid, polystyrene ceiling tiles. Thankfully plasterboard is not flammable, and it’s likely that anyone buying this product will use a LED lamp which generates considerably less heat.

I really like this light. I need about 700 lumens for my bathroom. Is there a bulb option that would give me that from this light? Bulbs listed show 520 lumens...
This fixture uses mains lamps with a GU10 base, so you have the ability to change the lamp as LED technology develops. 700 lumens in a glass fixture may give glare so do consider this.

Can these be used as wall lights and if I ordered today how long would it take to deliver?
These are designed to be installed into ceiling using spring clips, we would not reccomend using them as wall lights. We aim to deliver these with 3 working days.
