Magnetic Track Profile Midi - Surface or Suspended 48v Track

Our minimalist 48V magnetic track profile offers you an innovative and flexible lighting solution that extends beyond traditional fixtures.

This is the Midi track which has a width of 27mm and a depth of 55mm.

The major standout feature of our track lighting system is the magnetic lights themselves. These fixtures can be effortlessly moved and adjusted by end-users, allowing you to tailor the lighting to your specific needs without the hassle of calling in an electrician but of course you will first need the track.

The track is offered here in one or two metre lengths and is supplied with end caps and has a height of 55mm and width of 27mm.

This profile can be easily fixed directly to walls or ceilings by attaching it through the rear. Alternatively, you can choose to suspend it using the optional 3-metre long suspensions that have a clutch mechanism for easy adjustment.

The internal conductors support a total load of 400w - across any combination of track lengths. If the installation requires more than 400w of lighting, it will need two separate power inputs to handle the load.

Guidance for Designing Longer Systems
Our 48V magnetic track profile allows you to seamlessly flow lighting across ceilings and down walls.

When joining multiple track lengths or installing corner and transitional pieces, you will need both electrical and physical connections.

Spotlights, pendants, and linear LED lights can be used on this system and you may mix and match these fixtures to achieve your desired look.

Notes on Dimming: This equipment is only dimmable on installation using DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface). Otherwise, it should be considered to be On/Off operation. 

Design help: We offer an in-house design service to ensure your specification of this equipment is as straightforward as possible.

For surface mounting, drilling through the back of the track is necessary. Choose an appropriate HSS drill bit that matches the fixings you are using. Since the profile is made of aluminium, drilling through it is quite straightforward.
