This unit is incredibly useful and functional. It allows installation in places where no power supply is present and is operated by an integral PIR sensor that detects movement and turns the light on. Rechargeable with a long battery life. Perfect for wardrobes and cupboards or any area you would like to illuminate which has no electrical supply.

The soft start technology means the lights do not start instantly, allowing your eyes a split second to adjust to the light. Kinder to everyone including those who have a partner still in bed.

The quality of the light is excellent, with good colour rendering making it easy to distinguish and coordinate your outfit for the day. The colour temperature is 4000°k which is a neutral white. Thankfully, while the sensor has a long and wide range for detecting movement, it does not work through wooden or glass doors so the light only works when you open the door.

When detecting movement the light comes on for 20 seconds, movement detected in that time extends the time on so you are not left in the dark.

Lithium-ion batteries mean the lights can work for 5 minutes a day for a month after which they will need to be charged. A USB-C lead is supplied and the light can be charged by any USB outlet in 2.5 hours.

Recharging is made easier by the use of strong rare earth magnets that hold the light to the supplied brackets that can be screwed to your furniture or stuck with adhesive pads to glass shelves. When the light needs charging pull it away and plug it in.
