Does the metal housing frame for the led square modular lights need to be bonded to protective earth.
The luminaire (light fixture) is class 3 - low voltage. The led power supply is double insulated and does not require an earth connection. So no secondary bonding is required.

I need a dimmable ceiling light. I see these are 'adjustable' but are they dimmable for an optometrist test room?
This is adjustable between 100 and 450 lux.
