Is this waterproof front and back? What is the voltage?
It is only IP65 rated from the bottom. It takes mains voltage, 230V.

Yes, these can be wired and controlled by a PIR sensor.

Is the driver IP65 rated
No, like most fixtures the IP rating is based on the product in situ, in this case a ceiling. So the IP65 rating indicates that water under pressure cannot get through the bezel, or between the bezel and the ceiling and make contact with mains voltage components.

Are these suitable for outside usage in eaves of house?
Yes - These are IP65 rated which means they are protected against jets of water.

Can you give the dimensions of the driver please? Will it fit through the 57mm cut out for the light body?
The size of the driver is 120 mm x 45 mm x 30mm. This would fit through the cut out.

I notice in your FAQ section that this light does not have a changeable bulb, can you please advise if you have to change the whole light fitting in the event of a failure.
Yes, the whole fitting will need replacing. It will last around 30,000 hours on average before failure.

Can this unit be used with non-dimmable bulb & an off/on switch instead of a dimmer switch
This is a built in LED COB and not a changeable bulb, but yes it can be used as ON/OFF and doesn't have to be dimmed.
