Each length of track is supplied with a dead end and a live end.

Simply screw your track to your ceiling, wire into your mains supply and you are ready to put your chosen fittings on to the track.

This track can be cut to the required length for your project with a mitre saw or junior hacksaw.

Can this system be wall mounted?
It can be wall mounted however you may want to consider Product Ref: 41088 as this comes with an option to buy covers to stop fingers etc. being inserted into the track.

How have you not put the length of the track in any of the descriptions or More Details sections?
Thanks for your question. If you scroll down on the listing you will see the descriptions under each item which states 1 metre and 2 metres. It’s never been asked but I get your point if you look at the description and specifications you don’t see this. The changes will be made so thank you for pointing this out.

Can this product be cut down as in need it in a 800mm gap?
Yes this track can be cut to suit the length needed - use a junior hacksaw or a mitre/compound saw with a blade that can cut aluminium.

Can the 2m and 1m lengths be joined?
Yes, with a connector accessory.

I am wanting to fit track lighting on the wall & still have lights pointing downwards. Is this possible?
This track can be installed on the wall. We would recommend you check which heads you want to use, as heavy lamp heads are not as suitable.

Can these tracks be suspended from the celling?
There is no suspension solution offered for this track system - sorry

Can this track be cut to length to fit a particular situation or does it have to be used in the full length supplied?
This track can be but to suit your needs. A sharp junior hacksaw does a good job if you do not have a mitre saw.
