I have installed light fittings (ref) motto tc-d 10w when I powered up the lights none of them worked. Would there be an issue with the dimming control not been connected or is it something within the fitting?
TC-D two pin lamps are not dimmable. TC-DE four pin lamps are dimmable but only when used with appropriate dimmable ballasts. What fixture do you have? Have you connected these lamps straight to a mains supply?
