This task floor lamp has an adjustable shade to allow you to direct the light where it is required and a ring of circles cut out the top of the shade to allow the light to spill upwards as well as in a downwards direction. An easily accessible on/off switch, with machined knurled detailing, is located on the top of the shade.

The height of the floor stand does not adjust - the lamp head is jointed allowing you to direct the light. The height is as mentioned on the full description and cannot be shortened.
