Surface Mounted Downlight IP65 - Wetrooms & Bathrooms
Black, Chrome, Textured Grey or White Finish
Product Ref: 5944From £40.84 inc VAT
This is a fixed, high quality surface mounted spotlight. Perfect for those who do want the hassle of cutting holes for recessed lighting. This is a mains light fixture, no LED driver or transformer is required. You can still use this with LED GU10 lamps for energy efficiency.
IP65 rated providing protection from water projected from a nozzle making it suitable for bathroom zones 1, 2 and 3.
Ideal for people trying to find lighting for use around the shower and great for many other locations.
Finish options are polished chrome, painted silver, white or black, choose one to match your scheme or decor.
The fixture has been thermally tested with a 20 watt lamp so can be used with LED lamps up to 10 watts. The restriction was put in place at a time when LED lamps over 6w were longer and would not physically fit. Now larger wattage lamps are available in the same size.
Lamps are not supplied with this fitting. If you wish to dim these fittings please select the dimmable lamp.

what is the lumens output of the light?
Can I fit a LIFX or Hue smart bulb inside?
How many would be required - e.g. for a small WC room - would one suffice?
Would this be suitable to mount on the floor as an up lighter in a bathroom
What are the measurements?
Does this light have a seperate Driver and what type 350 m/a or 700 m/a?
Is it essential to use an LED?
The one circuit in this bathroom has different luminaires, different lamps, and one dimmer switch! I was hoping to avoid dimming issues by using eco halogen in this room instead of LEDs or a mix of LEDs and non-LED..
