A recessed LED cast light produced from machined aluminium to provide minimal glare and low level light to highlight steps and corridors for safety and guidance.

This contemporary low-level light is supplied with a Samsung 2w LED and built-in driver for direct connection to a 220-250v mains supply.

The spring steel brackets hold this fixture in place in plasterboard cavity walls and an accessory is included for installation in masonry or concrete walls. Available in white, either square or round.

How many lights do you get?
This is a singular light with a built-in driver.

I want to put these lights into a staircase could you tell me the best height from the tread these need to go as I have restrictions. Do you supply sensors suitable for these lights?
Personal preference dictates the mounting height. We think around 20cm but can be as high as 25cm or as low as 15cm. We would suggest putting a fixture (and power supply) on a trailing lead to see what suits your needs before cutting holes. The is no specific sensor matched with these lights, we have some options and Stienel make sensors that would work too.

Can these be connected to a sensor?
Yes, there are no issues on operating these with a sensor.

Are you able to mount these lights in the wood of a staircase?
Yes, there is no reason as to why these cannot be used in a staircase.

Are these warm white or cool white?
These are Warm White - 3000K

Light has an input of 12V or 220V?
The built in driver requires a mains supply 220 - 250v. A 110v version of each is available by special order.

Given that these lights have a built in controller if the controller fails can you remove the device from the wall without damage?
If necessary removal of the fitting is easy and can be done without causing damage to either the fitting or the surrounding wall.

How deep do I need to make the recess?
The fitting has a depth of 41mm, so we would recommend a recess depth of 50mm.

I just wondered if your can plaster over the surface plate of these lights ?
We cannot foresee a problem doing this. You`ll need to put in a little prep work and use a good quality joint tape and rough up the paitwork...

What power consumption of each unite plus what you have to do to make it dimmable
Each fitting has a 1w chip. There is nothing you can do to make these dimmable, The LED chip can not be dimmed.
