This is a small exterior bulkhead light manufactured in solid brass and in three finishes raw brass, antique brass or satin nickel each with opal glass.

Measuring 140mm in diameter this is one of the smallest bulkheads we currently offer. A great fitting for providing illumination to a garden and ideal for property boundaries, paving or decking for example. Whilst this is designed for exterior use we feel it would look great in a bathroom providing a nautical design feature and of course illumination too.

Heavyweight solid brass construction ensures the product lasts for years and years. The frosted glass diffuser offers great soft light and, if required, can be used in junction with a motion sensors to increase home security.

IP64 rated providing protection from splashed water and completely dust tight.

With a solid brass construction, this fitting is also ideal for installation in coastal environments.

Designed for use with for mains G9 40 watt max lamp, consider using a LED G9 lamp for added energy efficiency and long lamp life.

Hello, can I check how this light fitting is to be attached to a ceiling? No fittings arrived with our lighting.
Please look inside the fitting, the screws etc are usually inside.

Please can you advise which lamp is best for the brass lights. It is for a high ceiling in utility room? I don’t understand which to choose.
To ensure long life and lower running costs, use an LED lamp with this fixture. The colour of the light depends on the lamp’s colour temperature: 3000K creates a warm, soft glow, 4000K produces a neutral white light, and cooler lamps give a bluish tone. Most choose 3000K or 4000K G9 main lamps under 4 watts but we don’t know the location and desired effect you desire. The brightness depends on the lamp’s wattage—lower wattage for gentle lighting, higher wattage for brighter illumination. Be mindful that high-wattage lamps can cause glare, especially if the fixture is at eye level or in areas without other lighting.

Can this lamp be fit in the ceiling as well as in a wall? Do you have a reference image of the lamp in the ceiling.
Yes it can be used (installed) either on the ceiling or the wall. The first image shows it in both positions. It does not sit in the wall but on the surface - so you would have a protrusion/projection/ drop of 50mm. Please call us on 01780 767617 if you wish to discuss further.

Would you be able to use these for interior lights in a kitchen for example?
Yes of course these can be used inside and with their high IP rating they can be used in bathrooms too.

You say bathroom zones 2 & 3 for this light. Should be 12V. Can you confirm?
This is a mains fixture that can be used in zone 2. All installations in all zones should be protected 30ma RCD (residual current device), to guard the circuit.
