£259.00 inc VATThis smaller sized Georgian bell jar lantern is British made with hand-assembled components. The glass sits in an antique bronze ring supported by three chains at the top of which is a soot guard (originally used to reduce soot from candles darkening the ceiling). A single chain suspension continues up to the matching ceiling rose.
For use inside hallways or porches, this would grace any entrance.
The clear glass in this fitting is mouth-blown and the metalwork is antique bronze finish.
The suspension chain can be shortened at the time of installation (775mm maximum drop and 560mm minimum drop).
Designed for three small bayonet cap lamps SBC up to 60 watts.
Please note the design is not suitable for use outside; the bell jar glass would fill with water.
