Are the switches on the lamp and are they individual?
There is a foot switch on the main cord which controls both the lights. They can't be controlled individually.

Hello, I wanted to ask do both lamp ends swivel and tilt? Also how long is the power cable from plug to on/off switch? And the overall length of power cable? Thanks.
The top lamp can be moved up and down and swivels/tilts, the bottom lamp is static but can also swivel/tilt. The power cable is 1.6m long. The switch is located is located 1.2m from the plug...40cm from the base.
