What It Is and How It Works

This adaptable outdoor floor light combines modern LED technology with a flexible, height-adjustable design. Featuring a black base and a white shade, the lamp houses an integrated LED module and a rechargeable battery. Built for outdoor use, it has an IP44 rating, ensuring durability against rain and environmental exposure.

The lamp arrives in five components for easy assembly. The heavy base, measuring 2cm high, provides stability and reduces the risk of the lamp tipping over in windy conditions. The white plastic shade, which contains the LED module and battery, stands 33cm tall. Three hollow threaded poles (one 40cm and two 46cm) allow for three different height configurations to suit various outdoor settings.

Charging is simple via the Micro-B USB connector, located beneath the shade. A charging cable is included, and once fully charged, the built-in 3.7V 2200mAh Li-Ion battery provides up to 2 hours of illumination on white and 4 hours when set to a colour.

A button on the underside of the sealed shade allows for manual control. One press turns the lamp on in warm white mode, while subsequent presses cycle through red, green, blue, and a continuous colour-changing mode. A sixth press turns the lamp off.

Usage

This floor lamp is designed for flexibility, allowing it to be assembled at different heights. At 75cm, using only the shorter pole, the lamp is perfect for placing on a table, making an eye-catching centrepiece for outdoor dining or evening drinks. At 120cm, using the shorter pole combined with one longer pole, the lamp provides ambient lighting beside a garden sofa or lounge seating. At 156cm, using all three poles, the lamp reaches full height, ideal for placement beside outdoor dining tables, ensuring a well-lit setting without harsh glare.

The integrated LED emits a soft 300-lumen warm white light at 3000K, with additional red, green, and blue colour options. A continuous colour-changing mode allows you to create a dynamic atmosphere, ideal for entertaining or relaxing outdoors.
