Product Overview
This recessed downlight is designed for bathrooms and other wet areas where an IP65 rating is required. The LED sits deeper within the housing to reduce glare, and the adjustable design allows the beam to be directed toward walls, niches or shower features. The result is controlled, comfortable illumination suitable for both residential and commercial interiors.

Installation and Design
The fitting is constructed from aluminium and uses a 12-watt COB LED module powered by a 700mA constant-current driver, ordered separately. A 40-centimetre cable and fast connector are supplied to support straightforward installation. It can be used indoors or outdoors and offers one-direction adjustability for targeted lighting. The recessed light position keeps the ceiling looking calm and uncluttered while helping to reduce direct brightness.

Performance
The downlight produces a 3000K warm white output at around 1100 lumens with a 40-degree beam. A key benefit is the 90 CRI light quality. If you want accurate colour rather than the gloomy monotone sometimes produced by cheaper GU10 lamps, a higher colour rendering value is essential. This fitting provides clearer, more natural tones, especially in spaces where materials, finishes and skin tones matter. The dark-light engineering ensures the source stays well shielded from view, improving visual comfort. Dimming is available when paired with a compatible driver.
