Adjustable Chrome Offset Ceiling Pendant - Light where You need It

What colour is the wire - black? Would it be possible for an electrician to rewire? Why does the second picture show wire hanging down from counterbalance side, but first picture shows no wire at that end? TIA
The flex is black, it is fed down the inside of the tube. in the 1st picture it has been pulled tight hence why no wire is showing. An electrician should be able to change the flex if required but this would invalidate any warranty.

Please could you let me know if this product is available in a black finish?
Sorry, but this light is only offered in chrome at present. We do have other solutions in black that you can find here

Why does ad specify a choice of 3 shade colours & the last sentence advises that the shade is not included? I don't understand.
The fixture is sold as a bare fixture (without a shade) this means you may use a shade of your own or choose one of the diffused shades we offer. Some buy our shades some do not.

Can you please confirm what is the longest length that the horizontal pole can reach from the point it connects with the ceiling downpipe fixture?
1180mm.

Is the lamp fixture replaceable with a different lamp shade?
Yes, we sell the fixture without a shade if anyone wants to use a shade of their own choice.

I want to have the pendant hang about 600mm from the ceiling excluding the shade - will it do this?
The vertical rod is chrome-plated steel. If you wish to have the lamp higher in your space you can cut the rod with a hacksaw and clamp the black cylinder back onto your cut rod. Not perfect but a solution.

Does this fixture work in the USA?
The light fixture has a E27 lampholder which will accept E26 110-120v lamps.

Can I use my own shade? If so what is the weight if the shade?
Yes you can use your own shade, the maximum weight we would suggest is 500 grams.

This looks like the perfect solution - but just to double-check from your diagram: the horizontal pole can slide in and out of the centre bit AND can swivel 350 degrees?
Yes that is correct :)

For the order of the "Chrome Finish Off Set Pendant Bar Only", can you confirm that the rose, cable and bulb holder also come with it?
Yes by purchasing the bar only, you get the rose, cable and lamp holder as standard. If you wanted a shade you will need to add that in addition.

The diagram shows the maximum height but not the minimum. Could you let me know the minimum from the ceiling to the bottom of the fitting excluding the shade?
The minimum height to the lamp holder would be 40mm but you will need to ensure this suits your chosen shade.

Are you able to get this pendant light fitting in any other finish than chrome?
This style of pendant, the off set is only available in the chrome finish.
