What is the warranty period on this light please?

Hello and is the 1300mm height to the tip of the light, meaning I should deduct the length of the flexible arm to get the height of the stand? If so, what is the length of the flexible arm please? Thanks

Where is the on/off switch located?
For ease of use the very end of the light has a touch pad to control the light output. So no reaching round the back of the sofa or looking for a foot switch.
