This superb Spanish designed three-arm ceiling light has the option of allowing you to tilt and direct the arms as you wish due to the pivots on the central drop rod. Due to its multiple compositions it conveys a sense of almost weightlessness reminiscent of a mobile.

I understand that the individual arms can pivot about the central column and the lights can be tilted. But are the arms attached such that the lights are always at fixed distance from the central column? TIA
The light is not fixed at a specific point and can be adjusted.

I've had dimmable track lights before and they were noisy (ie buzzing) on dim, do these lights buzz when dimmed?
Some LED lamps struggle to dim which is what can cause the dim. These are designed to be dimmed and does not make a buzz.
