Backlit Glass Shelf - Metal Frame & Hidden Light Source

This stylish, skinny framed, wall shelf is bound to appeal to those who like the edgy Mackintosh and Crittall styling used in modern architecture.

Backlit, with upwards and downwards lighting, which is great for adding light to a wall or to highlight key features. Glare-free lighting as only the front component contains a strip of diffused LEDs which illuminates only the glass and the objects on top.

The skinny design means that the control gear (LED driver) needs to be located remotely which should not be too hard in most kitchens and in bathrooms. Use the roof void or the top of wall cabinets to hide the driver.

With the driver located remotely (outside of zone 2), the shelf may be used in bathroom zone 1 (24v SELV IP44).

Both sizes and colours emit a neutral white light. The LED light source is integral to the construction. Supplied with a 1.5 metre flex with plug for connection to a remote driver (required). A variety of different options are available for dimming this fixture - contact us for details. 

The maximum weight load is 10kg. A good fixing into a solid wall will allow lots of things to be put on display or stored.
