I'm looking at the rise and fall pendant light Ref 5435 and wondered if this was made in a smaller version?
Our ceiling is quite high (just over 3 metres). Would we be able to see the naked bulb even when the lamp is fully extended?
We like the dark grey shade very much, but it appears from the pictures that the cable is white. Is it possible to have this shade with a cable that matches the shade colour?
I have been searching and searching for a turquoise rise and fall lamp - is it possible to change the shade on this product; any advice or help on where/how to get this colour would be greatly appreciated... perhaps it can be sprayed?
Can you tell me the dimensions of the light?
Do you do wall lights to match the Scandinavian rise and fall pendant light please.
I see the highest position is 690mm from the ceiling to the bottom of the shade. Can the flex be shortened (so that the bottom of the shade is closer to the ceiling)? If so, is there a maximum amount it can be shortened by?
Hi - 11 colours - i can see grey, aluminium, sand, brass, turquoise white and gold, white and chrome and rose = 8
what are the other 3?
How do I mount the ceiling rose to the ceiling rose?
I cannot work out how to change my existing UK light fitting to this one, can you help me?
what is the diameter of the rose fitting?
Can we use a LED bulb in this light?
Can you tell me please when the lamp is raised to its highest position, what the distance from the ceiling to the bottom of the pendant is?
What is the ceiling fitting?
What is the weight of these lights?
What is the minimum height from the ceiling to the bottom of the shade/handle?
I am interested in this light but the ceiling from which it would hang has - at least - a 35 degree slope. Would the rise and fall mechanism still work OK?
I bought the Primus 11 rise and fall pendant in November and had it fitted by an electrician who removed all the packaging. There may have been instructions for the rise and fall , I don`t know. Anyway it is permanently at the lower position and we can`t make it stay in the rise position. The lower position is too low and you can`t see the other diners at the table. Can you help me with instructions, or is their a fault? I hope not because I really like the lamp itself. I would be grateful for any help you can offer. Thank you.
I need the extended length to be at 2 meters at least... how do I do that?
can you please tell me what the widest width is of this light?
Will E26 bulbs fit in the E27 socket? I live in Canada.
What is the height of the lamp? from bottom of handle to the base where the cord starts?
Can this light be fitted with a dimmer switch?
The minimum drop, is that measured from the ceiling to the underneath of the handle?
