Hi, I have this light but the 3.7w built in LED lamp has stopped working, can this bulb be replaced?
I'm afraid the led can't be replaced, there should be a gu10 bulb in the base of the light that faces upwards which can be replaced however.

Is the sensor distance adjustable to avoid passers-by triggering it unnecessarily?
Yes, you can adjust the sensor between 2 and 6 meters.

Is the light made from marine grade (316) stainless steel?
No, it is not marine grade stainless steel.

Does this light shine up and down the wall like a traditional up/down light?
The top is covered so the light is wider and more diffused without the tight beam of light up you would get from a wall light open at the top.
