Where does the power supply enter the top bar of the light? Can it enter at one end or is it only in the centre?

what is the minimum suspension possible? And if over 70 cms would an electrian be able to make it shorter?
Out of the box the minimum drop is 84cm. You can reduce the length of the electrical flex thus reducing the maximum and minimum drop. This alteration can be carried out by your electrician or a competent DIYer. We would not suggest making the overall drop less than 50cm.

Hi - is the inside of theese lights a bronze colour - or is that the effect of the bulbs being used in the phots?
The lights are black inside, the bulbs are creating the bronze effect.
