Marble Doric Pendants by Innermost - 3 Designs

These beautiful marble effect pendants were designed by James Bartlett for Innermost. Available in shades of matt or pure white, shiny black and matt rose.

He was inspired by the forms of ancient columns and pillars, in particular, those of the ancient Greek order of architecture: Doric. The traditional forms have been subverted so that the classical scalloped details of the structure instead encircle the interior of the shade. This detail can therefore only be seen from certain angles and is particularly beautiful when viewed from below, revealing a form that is not unlike the crimped edge of a seashell.

The beautiful marbled material is actually produced from a resin, giving the appearance of a heavy, solid form which is actually lightweight and translucent. An elegant, smooth marble-look is complimented by quality fittings to give a contemporary and stylish finish.

Available in three sizes, these pendants are perfect for either residential or commercial application. Use singularly or in multiples of different hues, these are truly beautiful and will grace any home or restaurant.
