Hanging Monkey Ceiling Light in Black by Seletti of Italy

This Monkey ceiling light is not only fun, it is also a great way of adding style, character and illumination. The Monkey hangs from the ceiling via a rope and holds the flex which contains the LED lamp. The lamp can be placed in the hand of the Monkey so that it sits upright or it can be pulled through so that it dangles down.

This would work well in a child's bedroom, a living space, conservatory, study wherever you would like something that is a bit different. Also fabulous for commercial areas and would create a great theme. These are not cheap nor gimmicky, they are robust and delightful and deserving of a good home. To know you have purchased a legitimate monkey light the product comes with a certificate of authenticity and has the name Seletti stamped into the tail.

The Monkey holds the light and in turn hangs from a ceiling rose.  This is easily installed and you have two options of supplying power to the Monkey.  You can either have it plugged into a wall socket, which would allow you to independently turn the light on and off by the switch, or cut the cord just above the switch and feed it through the ceiling rose.  Installing from a ceiling rose would mean the monkey is controlled by your mains switch.

Comes supplied with 3000mm of flex which can be shorted if required but allows you to hang high or swing low. The lamp can be kept in his hand or swung down as you prefer.

We all know monkeys like to be outside, however this one is different and is to be kept indoors at all times. Should you want him to wander around you garden, pick the black version which is IP44 rated so safe to use anywhere inside and out.

Supplied with a long life LED E14 4w lamp that gives out 350 lumens.  Please note that this lamp is not dimmable.
