Lighting for Children's & Teenager's Bedrooms
A child will benefit from bright and interesting colours to aid stimulation and of course to bring a rooms theme together. At night a light which creates ambiance, as in no glare, will be of benefit. So choose wisely and think about having more than one or two lights to create a nice atmosphere, a floor or table lamp and overhead ceiling pendant or downlights for overall illumination of the room.

Remember to think safety too, you do not want to choose a fitting which has hot lamps if situated low down or close to a child's fingers - LED will be a wise option as these are cool to the touch.
