Frequently Asked Questions

I am interested in the curled ribbon glass ball pendant or crystal spiralled LED semi- Flush. Please can you tell me what are the cleaning instructions -does it come apart for washing?
It depends where this is being used of course to how dirty it might become. You could use a dust catcher over it but we wouldn't really recommend this be installed in a kitchen due to cooking grease which can adhere to most surfaces. The light would need to be assembled when purchased so in theory yes, you can take it apart again for cleaning. I hope this answers your question.

Is the crystal lead crystal?
High lead content glass is less malleable and does not allow the flowing shapes to be formed without becoming brittle so a lower lead content is used with the addition of soda to give the best results.
