Long Linear Suspended Oak Pendant - Built-in LED Dimming

Love the wooden linear products. Interested in this wooden linear luminaire for our portfolio, however is there any fire test data, glow wire etc?
The manufacturer holds both IQ-NET and CSQ certification for marketing, engineering, research & development and production (internal and outsourcing) of lighting appliances.

Once you set the dimmer switch does it stay at that setting or does it need to be adjusted each time the light is switched on?
The brightness that's adjustable on the suspension keeps the setting memorized.

Is the oak used solid timber? Ie can I sand down and stain the wood? Or is it an oak veneer?
The oak is solid wood, however, the fitting would lose its guarantee if it was sanded down or restained.

Is it easy to replace the LED lights within the fitting if required?
No, in the event of a premature failure the fixture will have to come back for replacement of LED strip or power supply. Both should give 25,000 hours of use.

Will I be liable for extra import duty on this item delivered to the UK?
No - you will not.

How short can the wires be cut
The powered suspensions can be as short as you desire.

Is the power cable hidden inside the support cables as per the photo?
Both of the thin braided nickel plated wires carry a DC current; one positive, one negative. There is no additional flex, what you see is what you get.

I just wondered if this light LED linear suspended oak pendant would be suitable for mounting on a sloping ceiling?
Yes by cutting the suspension wire different lengths you can have a level light in on sloping ceiling.
