With a compact design, it requires only a 22mm hole for direct fixing or a 25mm hole if opting for the supplied concrete-in housing. Is the price per light?
Yes, the price stated is for one light.

Can the LEDs be replaced at the end of life?
Replacing the LED chip would be a challenge but not impossible, and we would suggest that the fixture in it's entirety is replaced to ensure the high IP integrity is maintained. Bear in mind that with a chipset expected life of 35,000 hours that equates to 23 years when used for four hours per day.

I was just wondering what the Kelvin output was?
The chip gives a 3000°k white light. When used with a 350mA driver the light output is 50% (75 lumens). When used with a 700mA driver the LED gives its full intensity of 150 lumens.

Is this warm white or cool white please?
This had a colour temperature of 3000°k. This is regarded as a warm white similar to a halogen lamp, not as warm as a tungsten filament bulb.

Is this product Zone 1 rated ?
With a high IP rating and being less than 24 volts these fixtures are suitable for zone 1 in a bathroom.
