Can the petals be moved or adjusted and if so how do you do this?
The petals come separate to the central section. You are required to assemble the fitting. They cannot move or be angled, as clip into a ready made slot.

It is unclear how many bulbs the 500 requires, could you confirm?
Both sizes of the fitting require just 1 bulb, 75 watts maximum.

Can this be fitted into a single circuit main voltage track? and if so what fitting do I need?
If you click on the link below, this is a single circuit track system. You would need track, Feed ins and the pendant adapter. The pendants you are looking at are way under 2kg, so they will work perfectly.
