Flos Bulbo57 Twin Suspended Light

A beautiful new addition to the Flos designer range and it is a modern rework of an old classic.

The Bulbo 57 is a twin bulb-shaped pendant featuring blown borosilicate glass which has good shock resistance properties and excellent transparency due to the reduced thickness of the material.  So whilst it looks extremely delicate it is robust allowing you to install with confidence. The LED filament within each shade is held in place securely position by a special compound which helps prevent any internal condensation build-up and in turn makes this fitting a great choice for kitchens for example.

The Bulbo's light temperature of 2200°K was selected to replicate that of the traditional incandescent lamp. The same applies to the high CRI (95), which guarantees a high quality standard of chromatic performance.

The two appliances are installed to the ceiling using the polycarbonate rose from which the power cables run. Customised installations can also be created with the two nylon wires which hold the appliances to the two supports to be fixed to the ceiling. Each glass shade measures 200mm in diameter and the maximum drop of the pendant is 2 metres. The maximum span of the fitting, if you use the ceiling fixtures which come supplied, is 2 metres, 1 metre for each flex.

Each LED is 6 watts with a maximum life span of 15,000 hours.
