Wire this work with a 5 meter run of tension wire system, with 4 x 35w lamps attached. And what type of dimmer will it work with please?
This willl Only work on good quality leading edge dimmers. The minimum load of this transformer is 150watts, So having 4 x 35w lamps wont quite be enough, 5 x 35w lamps would be perfect.

Is there a minimum va that this works with? If I used 5no 10w LED bulbs, would it work still?
This transformer has a max load of 300w, the minimum being 150w. Using 5 x 10w lamps would under load the transformer. So in short. No this wouldn`t work. For LED lamps it`s better using a 100va transformer. But these are not dimmable.

Is this suitable for a track system having 6 x 50W bulbs - current transformer blowing fuse.
Yes, this transformer is a 300va, meaning it can take 6 x 50w lamps.
