Uber Retro Table and Floor Light - Small Taccia by Flos

Another fantastic, unusually stylish light by Flos. Constructed of three components a base, a glass shade and a reflector. This beautifully designed table or floor lamp provides indirect and reflected light.

Originally designed in 1958 with a plastic shade, this fitting has since been reproduced and in 1962 Taccia was produced by Flos with its famous blown glass bowl.

With the base available in three finishes, silver, black or bronze. Nickel detailing to the bottom and top of the base, and with the anodized aluminium body having a fluted finish, this lamp has style. The light source comes included as standard and is hidden within the base.

A large clear blown glass shade sits on the base, and can be angled whatever way you want, within a 30 degree tilt. Be sure to make sure the shade sits sturdy on the glass! The aluminium reflector painted in gloss white sits on top of the glass shade.

An interesting lighting effect is produced when the light is in use. A ghost shadow is produced from the reflector and an all round ambient light is given off.

The base measures 142mm in diameter and stands at 485mm high. Comes complete with a 1900mm trailing lead, with dimmer and on and off switch. The light can be adjusted between 10% and 100%, dependent on light intensity required.

Plug-in power supply has adapters for use anywhere in the world.
